The coal dominated energy consumption structure and led to environmentalpressure very great. The city power gas, industrial furnace, is component of burning coal,combustion release sulfur dioxide, dust, carbon dioxide, which is the major source of airpollution. Since1994, China became a net importer of oil and imports increased year by year.Oil and gas imports continue to increase, the same to the increasing dependence on foreign.Natural gas is the ideal energy in current world. Vigorously developing natural gas, whichaccords with the development trend of world energy structure and improve energy efficiencyis one of the important ways to alleviate environmental pressure. With the rapid growth inreserves and production of natural gas in the world, cleaner natural gas replacing oil as themain source of energy will be another big change for the energy consumption structure at thebeginning of twenty-first century. Liquefied natural gas (LNG) volume only amounts togaseous volume1/625, so one beneficial of liquefaction is that reduce the storage and thetransportation cost, the another is that can improve the unit volume of the combustion value.Research Based on the domestic and foreign research status of LNG technology and LNGfactory development condition, proposed the introduction of foreign advanced LNGtechnology, optimized LNG device and technology level in china. This paper mainly includesthe following contents:1) Understand the three methods of natural gas liquefaction process and their respectiveadvantages and disadvantages, combined with the research progress of LNG process, weintroduces several typical liquefaction processes of natural gas liquefaction, Advancedtechniques are compared. The final choice of the most appropriate is PRICO process.2) Pretreatment is needed before Liquefying natural gas, the natural gas pretreatmentmethods were compared and we choose the optimal method. Pretreatment respectively goafter MDEA decarburization unit, desulfurization, mercury process, molecular sievedehydration unit and the removal of benzene, heavy hydrocarbon process.3) Details of the PRICO process and its characteristics of natural gas liquefaction isintroduced. Plate-fin heat exchanger of the cold box was simulated, the LNG storage modeand some technical parameters of the storage tank is introduced.4) Operation condition of PRICO technology is present, equipment is running well and can be put into production. The prospect of the application of LNG is forecasted, future LNGwill play a greater role. |
