Iron complex is an important member of complex family,which not only has advantageson synthesis,cost and enviroment pollution,but also widely used in daily life and industrialproduction.Due to rich valence state of iron element,its complex showes excellent property oncatalysis field.Because of its research meaningful, C-H bond activating reaction is a hot topicto date. So we designed and synthesized severalligands and iron complexesaccording to theirstructures.We have characterized them and studied their catalytic properties. The specificwork can be summarized as follow:1.We have designed and synthesized ligands H2L1,H2L2,H2L3and their iron complexes1,2,3with2-tert-Butyl-4-methyl phenol,2-tert-Butyl-4-ethyl phenol,2,4-two tertiary butylphenol,formaldehyde,2-methyl pyridine ammonia and ferric chloride.They were characterizedby NMR, x-ray single crystal diffraction, UV-vis spectrophotometry.Catalytic property ofcomplex1on C-H bond activating reaction was studied.In the article,we put forward thereaction mechanism after analyzing experimental results of contrast experiment,ESI-MS andUV-vis spectrophotometry.2.Ligand H2L4and its iron complex4were synthesized by salicylic aldehyde,ferricchloride and diaminoaleo dinitrile,and which were characterized by x-ray single crystaldiffraction and UV-vis spectrophotometry.We have studied its catalytic property on C-H bondactivating reaction and came up with its suitable reaction mechanism.3.Complex5was aquired after1,4,7,10-Tetraazacyclododecane reacted with ferricchloride.We used x-ray single crystal diffraction and UV-vis spectrophotometry to analyze itsstructure. Its catalytic property on water oxidation reaction, C-H bond activating reaction andhydration reaction of terminal alkyne. We focus on influence of some factors on its catalyticproperty.4.We have designed and synthesized new iron complex6with ligand H2L1and ferricchloride.Its structure was characterized and analyzed by x-ray single crystal diffraction.
