Herbicide is one of the largest pesticide preparation, consumption growth inrecent years become the world’s most consumable type organic pesticide formulation.According to the UN food and agriculture organization (fao) estimated that the use ofherbicides make food rose more than12%. So, the world will often in pesticide,herbicide, the share of measure one of the important indexes of pesticide market isconstantly changing. In terms of the world, each country herbicide sales accounted forabout45%of the pesticide sales, pesticide herbicide pesticide in China salesaccounted for about12%of sales. Chemical herbicides because of its advantages andcharacteristics of itself has accepted by the masses of agriculture and forestry scienceand technology workers, so in some areas the use of more and more widely, for theworld made great contributions to the development of agricultural modernization.However, due to the excessive use of the herbicide phytotoxicity and parts of theexistence of the herbicide long-term persistent the effects on the human body health isbecoming more and more prominent. Since most herbicides has the characteristics oflow toxicity, and to its harmfulness to the short term it is difficult to determine, so theharmfulness of herbicide to environment often easy to be ignored by people. Theherbicide residues in soil, water time for2to3years, not only is sensitive to the cropcaused the adr, and reports to prove they have carcinogenic, teratogenic andmutagenic, herbicide commonly in atmosphere, soil, water content is extremely low,general methods are difficult to directly on it.This paper takes chongqing dazu county in the country towns organicheterocyclic herbicides in drinking water test study, on the basis of the nature oforganic heterocyclic herbicides, structure characteristics and the principle andcharacteristics of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method to study;To establish a HPLC method based method to detect several kinds of organicheterocyclic herbicides at the same time; Determined by high performance liquidchromatography (HPLC) in the best condition. Results show that in methanol: water(65:35, V/V) as mobile phase and mobile phase pH5, flow rate of1.0mL/min, under the condition of sample amount to20mu L, HPLC can completely separate fiveorganic heterocyclic herbicide residues. The minimum detection limit of this methodin1.1mu g/L~1.6mu between g/L. The recovery was83%~83%, relative standarddeviation between2.9%~2.9%.The experiment proved that this method is simple operation, good selectivity,high accuracy, high precision and sensitivity is high also, test results are satisfactory,herbicide residues can be applied to the water detection.
