Taking Baoji Gaoxin zones sewage treatment plant as an example, combininginformation on the status of the sewage treatment plant is running,This paper select theappropriate feasibility of upgrading and reconstruction process by analyzing technologyprograms in the domestic wastewater treatment plant upgrading and reconstruction which runsrelatively good. Firstly, Based on the water quality and quantity provided by Baoji high-techzones sewage treatment plant, analysised of water quality standards and the status of theoperation, get this upgrading and reconstruction designing water quality. Secondly, a detailedtechnical and economic analysis should be made which can choose the optimal upgrading andreconstruction technology programs. Then the best solution through the line detail.Through the data of Baoji high-tech zones sewage treatment plant, the total phase of theconstruction including100000m3/d. the total phase of the construction including100000m3/d. The implementation of the scale phase of the construction including50000m3/d. Themiddle water scale phase including50000m3/d(Unfinished). The mentioned standard scalecorresponds to the original renovation project, the total phase of the construction including50000m3/d, first phase of the construction including50000m3/d. The influent quality isdeduced as600mg/L,245mg/L,235mg/L,50mg/L,60mg/L and3.5mg/L for COD, BOD5,SS, NH3-N, TN and TP respectively.When the suggested assurance rate of Baoji Wastewater Treatment Plant in this study is85percentages, the actual influent quality is deduced as948mg/L,366mg/L,785mg/L,43mg/L,55mg/L and6.1mg/L for COD, BOD5, SS, NH3-N, TN and TP respectively. Thereis a big difference between the actual data on water quality and design of water quality exceptNH3-N and TN. The other indicators are much higher than the design value. To85%assurance rate of the measured value and the design value comparison, COD is1.58times thedesign value, BOD5is1.49times the design value, SS is the design value of3.34, TP is twotimes the design value.Present sewage treatment situation of sewage treatment plant in Baoji high-tech zones isAB method, A section of aeration tank, section B uses the A2/O biological pond.Water-quality status has reached the standard level B of "Discharge Standard of WaterPollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants"(Hereinafter referred to as "DischargeStandard"). This paper ultimately preferred to the high-efficiency clarifier and air-waterbackwash filter which is practical and economic environment of the depth of processing solutions prevailed to the status quo data, combined with the size of the wastewater treatmentplant designing water quality, water quality and water quantity and quality.After the sewage treatment plant, it will produce large amounts of excess sludge. In orderto transportation facilitate and reduce costs at the same time, the volume of sludge need to befurther reduce then transported to the landfill. The fermentation, composting methods hasbeen used to excess sludge in this upgrading and reconstruction project.
