The peak of maintenance and repair of old road and new road of highway iscoming. Asphalt pavement recycling technology studyed in depth systems hadsignificant the practical significance to improve resource utilization, protecting theenvironment, reduce road construction costs and promoting sustainable developmentof China’s highway construction. Based on in-depth study abroad asphalt recyclingtechnology, hot mix plant regeneration technology applicability and thermalregeneration plant mix asphalt pavement performance was researched.This paper researched on the characteristics of the hot mix plant regenerationtechnology, according the component migration theory and compatibility theory toanalyze regeneration mechanism of aged asphalt, analyzed the performancerequirements and the indicators standard of regeneration agent, and experimentalresearch on the compatibility of asphalt and regeneration agent. On this basis, fromsuch as recycled asphalt mixture gradation, the amount of recycled mixture, recycledasphalt grade, the amount of regeneration agent and the optimal asphalt content of therecycled asphalt mixture and other key points to determine mix design of the hot mixplant regeneration mixture. Combined test road paving, this paper systematicallyanalyzed the adaptability of regeneration agent and aged asphalt, the variability andsegregation of aged asphalt mixture, the mixing temperature, the mixing time, theblending process of regeneration agent on the impact of hot mix plant mixconstruction quality, proposed hot mix plant regeneration construction technology andquality control points of waste asphalt mixture.Combined engineering requirements, performance requirements of regenerationagents was proposed. The recycled asphalt results showed that recycled asphaltperformance can be achieved technical specification requirements for Class A70#asphalt when regeneration agent content was11%(Mixed method). Recycled asphaltmixture performance tests indicated that with increasing dosage of old material,recycled asphalt mixture water stability and low temperature cracking performancedeteriorated, but temperature stability of the old material first increase and then decrease, about40%, performance high temperature stability was best. Verifiedby test road, recycled asphalt pavement performance can meet the constructionspecifications.
