The tunnel floor heave is always a technical puzzle during the mining, so there is veryimportant project value to study on the mechanics and control technology of the soft-rocktunnel floor heave. The paper depends on the JianZhuang coal mine tunnel, studying on themechanics and control technology of the soft-rock tunnel floor heave through indoor test,theory analysis, numerical simulation and on-site monitoring. The main work and conclusionare:(1)The physics mechanics and expansion characteristic of the mine section tunnel floorrock of the Jian Zhuang coal mine tunnel were studied, the result indicated that the softeningcoefficient of the floor rock was small, and the free expansion rate, lateral bondage expansionrate and expansion stress were all small, so it did not have expansibility and expansibilitycomponent, the tunnel floor heave was stress pattern.(2)The study on the mechanics and influencing factor of the floor heave for the minesection tunnel were finished. The study said that the main reason of the mine section tunnelfloor heave was that under the support condition of strong roof and end, the wall rock stresswas focus on the floor the support strength was weak, and the influence of the water andadjacent working face mining accelerated the deformation of the floor rock, so the floor rockwas destabilized and damaged, and the bending displacement was created, the floor heavenwas formatted; the influence factor was generalized, including stress, water, support strengthand support pressure.(3)The scheme of the controlling floor heave was put forward. The composite supportof the “strong roof and end, floor pressure relief, base angle strengthening” was used for thefloor heaven control, the stress in the floor was reduced through the floor grooving, and thetunnel floor stress was transferred from the tunnel shallow wall-rock to deep-seated wall-rockthrough the base angle strengthening, the strength of the wall-rock and bearing capacity wereincreased. The tunnel deformations of two distinct behaviors were forecasted and contrastanalyzed through the FLAC3D numerical simulation software, the result said that the schemeof the floor heave controlling was rational and effective to control the tunnel floor heave.(4)The on-site test against the scheme of the floor heave controlling was operated. Theresult of the test said that the floor displacement of the tunnel was reduced,the depth thepressure relief slot was fixed and the width was reduced gradually, the mine section tunnel floor heave was controlled well, the safety of the coal mine production was guaranteed, andso the scheme of the controlling floor heave was rational and feasible.
