| With the increasing of mining depth, the stratum pressure increased, thegeological environment became more complicated, especially when the roadway inthe area with complicated geologic structure, tectonic stress grow rapidly; besides, thestrata behaviors became fiercely when the roadway in deep was affected bydisturbance. The surrounding rock in shallow only with a little brittle failure in lowstress environment. While the surrounding rock in deep usually with larger ductiledeformation in high stress environment, show substantially flow deformation.TheⅡ66auxiliary dip is the only passageway to the new mining level ofLiuQiao No.1coal mine, it has a long service life, and it stays closely with other dips,so mutual disturbance is strong; at the same time, the dip stay near the hub area ofsyncline and be very close with the DF27big fault, so it’s strongly affected by thetectonic stress; after the coal seam at both sides were mined over, the high stress in theprotective coal pillar will exert influence to the surrounding rock in a long time. Eachof these factors will severely weaken the stability of roadway surrounding rock.Based on the mining geological conditions, by using field investigation,theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and other means, this thesis analyzed therelationship between mining depth and the stability of roadway surrounding rock, andexplained how tectonic stress&disturbance caused by neighbor roadways&highstress in protective coal pillar affected the stability of surrounding rock, thus revealedengineering characteristics of the Ⅱ66auxiliary dip. Based on above analysis, aimedat keeping the stability of whole section roadway surrounding rock, whole sectionsurrounding rock stable control technology was put forward. It includes three aspectsmeaning: first, supporting the whole section, especially the floor, thus no obviousdeformation and stress release area in the whole section of roadway; second,emphasizes the use of high-strength anchor cable to reinforce the supporting structure,so that the supporting structure can adapt the deformation characteristics better; third,use the grouting technology to strengthen the whole section surrounding rock, so as toenhance the support strength.At last, whole section surrounding rock stable control technology wassuccessfully applied in Ⅱ66auxiliary dip in LiuQiu No.1coal mine. |
