With the increase of coal mining depth and the improvement of utilization rate of large-scale mechanized equipment,as well as the increasing section area of roadway to meet the production demand,the original roadway is seriously damaged and deformed,and the problem of repairing the deep large-section caving coal roadway is particularly serious.Therefore,the support and repair technology of deep coal roadway with large section and top coal is in urgent need of further study.Based on Yima Changcun mine 21170 lower roadway in-situ investigation and field test results as the foundation,by means of numerical simulation,mechanical derivation,such as scientific research,for the Yima Changcun mine deep large section roadway failure characteristics analysis of top,for deep large cross section of the coal roadway,and the supporting theory to research the deformation and failure characteristics,to explore the deep large section of master control parts of the caving roadway deformation and destruction,deep large cross section of the coal roadway,the whole section control a damageable parts to strengthen supporting"surrounding rock control technology,of Changcun ore deep large section supporting the establishment of the caving roadway repair plan actively provides data and theoretical support,Then the field industrial test was carried out,and the test results showed that the active restoration scheme of 21170 lower roadway of Changcun mine based on the surrounding rock control technology of"full-section control-type reinforced support for vulnerable parts"could obtain certain economic and social benefits.The main conclusions and results of this paper are as follows:1)Through on-site observation,investigation and data collection,observe and record the deformation and damage characteristics of 21170 lower roadway of Yima Changcun mine.The surrounding rock stability was evaluated for 21170 lower roadway,the surrounding rock loose circle was tested by borehole peeping,and the variable surrounding rock mechanical parameters of supporting coal roadway in 21170 lower roadway of Yima Changcun mine were analyzed and determined,which provided strong support for the conclusion of the deformation and failure characteristics of supporting coal roadway in deep section and the proposal of new support scheme.2)By using Flac3D numerical simulation software,the stress and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of deep large-section caving coal roadway were analyzed from the numerical simulation results,and the main controlling part of surrounding rock affecting the stability of deep large-section caving coal roadway was summarized,which provided a theoretical basis for the long-term effective active restoration scheme of 21170 lower roadway.3)By building deep large section roadway mechanics model of the top-coal,derived using mechanics of deep large cross section deformation of roadway roof caving broken threshold,and deep analysis of supporting of roadway surrounding rock instability factors of top-coal influence degree,to further determine the deep large cross section coal roadway surrounding rock stability of master control parts.4)Combining research field test,numerical simulation and mechanical results are derived,based on the"four high anchor cable,to reduce cross,pilot support,"concluded the whole section control a damageable parts to strengthen supporting"deep large section supporting of roadway surrounding rock control technology of the top-coal is put forward the Yima Changcun mine 21170 lower rodaway initiative to fix and use numerical simulation to study the feasibility of the scheme.5)In Yima Changcun mine 21170 lower roadway industrial test,Yima Changcun mine pressure,according to the measured data of test section 21170 lower roadwya Yima Changcun 21170 lower roadway active repair scheme can effectively reduce the surrounding rock of roadway roof subsidence 21170 and two broken degree,maximum limit enhances the stability of the roadway 21170,meet the normal production during the 21170 mining face of transport demand.The paper has together 55 figures,14 tables and 73 references.
