Base on the surrounding rock geological conditions of burial depth of1440mroadway in Suncun coal mine, this paper comprehensively research the related issuesof deep mine mining gateway surrounding rock control technology by means ofintergrated method combining theoretical analysis,laboratory experiment,numbericalsimulation,engineering analogy and industrial test.Measured the deep ground stress of Suncun coal mine by hydraulic fracturingtechnique, all dates show that Suncun coal mine deep ground stress field isH V h, the maximum horizontal stress is35.86MPa, minimum horizontalstress is19.26Mpa, the maximum horizontal stress direction is N6°W~N35°E,side pressure coefficient is about1.03~1.40.Analyzed the influence law of roadway surrounding rock stress,displacement andplastic zone combining the changement of angel which is the angel between themaximum horizontal stress direction and roadway axes direction,the analysis resultsshowed that maximum horizontal stress influence roadway surrounding rock stabilityobviously.Proposed deep roadway surrounding rock control scheme of high strength, highpretension bolt support and large diameter drilling relief stress, Analyzed the actionmechanism of each component of bolt support systems.Research show that eachcomponent must reasonable matching and work together, only in this way roadwaysurrounding rock can be controlled effectivetly, and these components mustreasonable matched based on the breaking force of bolt.The bolt parameters and relief drilling parameters are optimized through methodof theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and engineering analogy, proposingappropriate construction technology measures, and the industrial test was carried out,the test results show that mining gateway surrounding rock deformation has beeneffectively controlled.
