Mining heading is an effective method to relieve the substitution of coal mining,which has been successfully practiced in many mining areas in China.However,due to the influence of mining twice in the tunneling process,the mine pressure of this kind of roadway is more severe and the support is more difficult.This paper by ShenNaAo ore 2#coal seam face mining drivage roadway as the engineering background,the theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and industrial experiments with the combination of means,analysis of roadway excavation and mining face during the stress characteristics of occurrence,section design,reasonable coal pillar width is discussed,and comparison of roadway support scheme,monomer hydraulic support is put forward with M steel belt with two sides roadway borehole pressure relief mining drivage roadway surrounding rock control scheme,The main conclusions are as follows:1)It is considered that the severe influence stage of adjacent working face and the stoping stage of this working face are the key and difficult points of roadway support,and the single hydraulic prop and the side part drilling hole should be set up in this stage to relieve pressure.2)The influence range of the leading support stress of the working face in 20104 is 50m ahead of the working face and 50m behind the working face,and the peak of the lateral stress distribution falls within 15m from the goaf.3)In the theoretical analysis section,pillar width L=14.8m.The numerical simulation results show that the surrounding rock deformation of the transport roadway was effectively controlled in 20106 under the condition of selecting the coal pillar in the 15m section.4)Anchor choose MSGLW—335/?024 × 2500 mm,row spacing between 800 mm× 800 mm,the pre-tightening force of 150 n · m,anchorage length 0.4 m,anchor cable select SKP18—1/1860/? 21.6 × 8000 mm,four rows,row distance 1600 mm,two for each fill a ? 15.24 × 5300 mm cable,pre-tightening force 200 K·N.The late by means of borehole stress meter and cross points method,of drivage and to monitor the stress and deformation of surrounding rock during mining face,the results show that stress of surrounding rock of roadway occurrence is relatively stable,the deformation is small,The aim of achieving the stability control of surrounding rock in the heading roadway is obtained.This paper has 50 pictures,7 tables and 84 references.
