| The same voltage level power lines pass through multiple substations in thecoal mine network. The coal mine environment underground is complex and thefailure probability of the power supply system is large. If the fault (eg short circuit)which occurred in the multi-level serial system can’t be isolated accurately, it mayeasily run across the substation and expand the impact of the fault area. The existingmine substation automation systems are useful only for some type of faultidentification and isolation. The scheme which can visually recognize and isolateabnormal operating state and all types fault has not yet appeared. Parts of theschemes are defective and can not solve the special problems of coal power networkcompletely.The smart grid interconnection substation information sharing platformprovides technological support for solving the problem of coal mine network faultcrossing multi-level substations. By the analysis of coal supply systemcharacteristics, we can see that the coal supply system has multiple levels and shortelectric cables, the substations are close to each other, power load is heavy andconcentrated. In view of this, we propose the regional centralized controlledintelligent coal substation. The substations of the same voltage level were built assub intelligent substations with protection, measurement, control functions. Thecentralized controlled center is build as public station level to control the subsubstations coordinately. According to the standard of State Grid Corporation, underthe model of two-level one-network the information sharing can not be achievedbased SMV message. We propose the method to share the bay-crossing informationbased on GOOSE and do research on key technologies including: GOOSEtechnology, flow controlling technology, packet filtering technology, method ofcommunication delay controlling. We also design the software structure of the hostand intelligent control units, theoretically analysis, simulate and measure thecommunication delay of the whole system to prove the reliability of the system. Wedesign the visualization system of fault identification and isolation and do the test ofthe whole system.The intelligent substation technology is the maturest and the products are themost complete. But the construction of mine intelligent substation has is very fewand the relevant standards are lacking. Therefore, in order to keep pace with the construction of state grid and to ensure the capabilities of coordination and operation,we do research on coal intelligent substation. This work makes useful contributionsto solving particular problems existed in coal power supply system and thepromotion of the intelligence level of the coal industry. |
