At present, many textile enterprises fabric defect detection for multi-useartificial fabric inspection machine in front of the machine for testingmethods;Inspection machine operations are also based on a series of analog signals,you need the staff had been standing in front of the machine related operations,while also a need for the naked eye to find defects, the staff every half hour onthe eye must be rest, or greater damage to the eyes, not only affect humanhealth, but also reduces the efficiency of production.To overcome this problem, this paper based on a section of the upper part ofthe market automatic inspection machine, fabric inspection machinetechnology at home and abroad the present situation of the automaticinspection machine digitizing operating system design and futuredevelopment needs of machine vision lighting system conduct a study toreduce human input machine vision to achieve greater efficiency basis. Thesisfrom the system’s overall architecture, lighting systems, motion controlsystem, part of the research is divided into control algorithms and hardwaresystems, human-machine interface and data communications, etc., introducedthe system. First discussion on the overall system architecture for fabricdefect detection characteristics, research and analysis around the businessperformance of the system requirements, the overall structure of the systemand the module program design. Then, in the design of the lighting system aswell as a constant current source designed for light intensity adjustmentprogram options. Then, in the motion control system design, in the single-chipcontroller to the PC+motion control system structure is based on the systemarchitecture, mainly in the algorithm for fabric tension control analysis andstudy, conducted by the PI control algorithm; hardware systems research,mainly based on C8051F120processor for the next-bit machine system design, including lower computer system’s overall design and module design. Inaddition, operation of the system interfaces design of the control system andthe communication protocol.In this paper, the whole of the inspection machine motion control systemsand lighting systems design, and detailed analysis of the system workflow andrelated algorithms for the latter part of the system design of machine visionresearch foundation. In order to solve practical problems of the methodaccording to the production has some practical value.
