The calendering machine is a kind of dyeing and finishing equipment.The gloss,permeability and flexibility of the fabric coul be improved by calendering,and also the additional value of the fabric could be increased.The development of the fabric has led to the development of the calendering machine.When the "thin" fabric made from 15D-40 D silk is calendered,the main factor to considered is the quality and the cost of calendering.In this thesis the ultra-thin fabric calendering machine is designed for the ultra-thin fabric made from 15D-40 D silk.This machine has a good engineering application value for its simple mechanism,easy-operating,environmental protection and energy-saving.It could provide the reference for research and development of domestic paper machine,printing machine and calendering machine.First of all,the calendaring process,calendering principle and the calendering effect of different types of this machine has been analyzed in this paper.And then a thin fabric with calender has been proposed according to the characteristics and requirements of the processing of ultra-thin fabric.The main technical parameters and the design requirements of the calender has been clarified and the entity design scheme has been confirmed.The calendar's structural design of mechanical parts has been completed,the correction device,seam detection device,calendering mechanism and its main parts steel roller,rack,coiling mechanism are designed after confirming the processing-requirements and processing-conditions of this machine.Their respective structural characteristics and movement process is introduced as a key point in this paper.Secondly,the control objectives of the ultra-thin fabric calendaring's control system have been confirmed and the integrated control scheme of the ultra-thinfabric calendaring is proposed.The type of the control system hardware has been choosed.The coiling process after thin fabric calendering tension has been analyzed.According to the principle of fabric tension,analyze the force of roll tollers during winding roll.It is proved that the line speed of fabric and the radius of roll textile are the two main interferences that cause tension fluctuation.The relationship between torque and winding diameter is tested and the mathematical model of tension reduction is established,at the same time the control scheme of tension reducing winding is determined.Thirdly,the calender hardware control platform based on the programmable logic controller(PLC)has been constructed including the main power circuit,control circuit,inverter control circuit,the connection circuit of the inverter and the PLC and control cabinet's layout.The software design of the whole control system is carried out,including the MODOBUS communication program,the tension take-up program and the touch screen program.Finally,the ultra-thin fabric calender test prototype has been developed and debugged,including roll textile debugging,electrical control cabinet debugging and the touch-screen debugging etc.The effect of calendaring in 20 D jacket textile has been tested after debugging.The results show that the design of ultra-thin fabric calendering machine running smoothly,coiling tight,no crepe side and the textile after calendering is soft,bright and breathable.It meets the customer requirements.
