At present, thestep cooling test device of small and medium-sized enterprises andsome institutions of higher learning laboratory is backward, sodesigning and implementing a set of reasonable and effective stepcooling test control system of the material of hydrogenation reactor,and design one control system of step cooling test for Hydrogenationreactor materials, effective control in real time for it, so improve stepcooling test automation and process quality test material.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the development status anddevelopment trend of hydrogenation reactor material step cooling testcontrol, and gradually introduces the method of step-coolingtemperature-controlled, On this basis, according to the requirement ofhydrogenation reactor material step cooling test process,design the stepcooling test control system of Hydrogenation reactor materials.Thissystem uses2ecumenical Japan’s Intelligent Instrument RKC-CB100as a site controller, and use PC as the host machine, the host computerconnect with the field control instrument by RS-485,the PC usesC++Builder6.0to developing the software,achieving the collection,display, save and system alarm function of step cooling test data. Thesystem software is simple, easy to operate.Then, introduce the traditional PID control system working principle and implementationof the algorithm, On this basis, in view of the heating element (siliconcarbide) propose the realization and the PID algorithm parametersettings for the control system. Finally, treatment of step cooling testdata of hydrogenation reactor material use computer software,renderthe transition temperature curve fastly and accurately by curve fitting.
