Mine ventilation is the lifeblood of mine production safety. In order to conscientiously implement the "safety first, focus on prevention" the policy, the coal mine safety in production and management, improve the mine safety guarantee ability and anti-disaster ability, must assure ventilated system maintain the best running state and should, In recent years, some state-owned key coal mines along with the increase of mining depth, the threat of natural disasters is more prominent, there have been a number of coal mine gas emission increases, it is of low gas mines into gas or mine has prominent dangerous mines. Mine ventilation system, which is the lifeblood of the whole production in coal enterprise system, to each place the wind it breaks through the high quality high volume of fresh air. Are service for the mine production system, but is a matter of the whole enterprise production system of safe production, throughout the years of coal mine accidents, especially major workplace accidents, is often caused by the local gas explosion, gas accumulation all of these with the ventilation system of mine has a direct relationship, therefore, to the coal mine ventilation system the safety and reliability of the evaluation.First, according to the principle the mine ventilation system safety reliability evaluation system is set up, from the main power and facilities reliability, ventilation system reliability, mine environment,safety monitoring system reliability, mine ventilation disaster prevention disaster relief system reliability established mine ventilation system safety reliability evaluation system, clear the meaning of every evaluation index, classification of the index. Introduces the principle of subordinate function determined, membership functions of construction method and determined the type, give membership functions of each evaluation index. Using interpolation method perfect evaluation system, using interpolation method map out its membership index of function curve between, when a concrete numerical value evaluation index, it will be a relatively accurate corresponding membership value. Introduces the basic theory of determining weight and analytic hierarchy process, and put forward the improved analytic hierarchy process, using improved analytic hierarchy process method calculating the mine ventilation system safety and reliability evaluation rule layer secondary factors and the weight, and the result of evaluation are comprehensive treatment. Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in colliery ventilation safety and reliability evaluation of the application and the study, shows that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method applied in mine ventilation system safety and reliability of the feasibility evaluation, this paper expounds the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of some basic knowledge, and introduce the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy synthesis operator choice condition, the author puts forward the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate some qualitative evaluation factors, with statistical methods to determine the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of membership, the introduction of secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the safety and reliability of the mine ventilation system of the idea.
