Luoci iron ore in the early stage of the underground mining (before13a) has mined nearly10levels to have ventilation roadway distributed intricately, ventilation lines too long and a bigger leak, etc, to make air supply for using wind place harder and harder, in the other words, the original ventilation system can’t meet the production requirements of technical renovation project. Therefore, it is quite necessary to carry out the research on ventilation optimization for the technical renovation project of Luoci iron ore.Based on the necessary basic data provided by the ore party, the paper looks into the mining method of the technical renovation engineering further, studies its development system, its production task and layout, to utilize3Dvent to draw the network diagram of ventilation system of the technical renovation project. After getting the required air and total air flow of the technical renovation engineering, the paper implements section optimization on the ventilation roadway of concentrated air volume, and draws up6ventilation feasibility solutions calculated by3Dvent, combined with the mine’s development system and mining method.The paper establishes a relatively reasonable and simple evaluation index system adapting to the characteristic of ventilation system, improves the traditional AHP and puts forward the fuzzy AHP to apply the fuzzy AHP on the basis of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers to determine the weight of each index. The paper utilizes the method of subordinate degree and dualistic relative comparative method to evaluate the attribute of the quantitative index and qualitative index, introduces the idea of gray system theory to carry on the improvement of the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and determines the comprehensive evaluation value of each scheme to take the scheme three expanded as the optimal solution. The paper takes advantage of theories of the Markov process, the cold standby repairable system and others to carry on the reliability analysis of the main fan system taking main ventilator DK40-8-No25-35/30as the core, and gives the corresponding suggestions.Through the optimization for the ventilation system of the technical renovation project of Luoci iron ore, the paper provides a basis for the early stage of the ventilation system operation, and has a certain guidance value on the actual production. The paper establishes a new schemes optimization model of ventilation system, which has certain positive significance on the further study of the ventilation system optimization.
