| Fossil oil is an important form of energy in China. Sustainable development ofoil exploitation is very important to sustainable economic development.Unfortunately, the oilfield mining is getting more difficult, and the benefit of theoilfie ld production is decreasing sharply. Therefore, to raise recovery of oilfieldbased on reasonable economic benefit becomes the goal of oilfie ld development inthe new century. Real-time monitoring of oil well equipment operation and timelytroubleshooting become a key part of rais ing recovery of oilfield. Traditionalmonitoring methods of oil well such as manually periodic inspection are harmful foroilfie ld production management. In this paper, an novel oil well parametertransmission system is studied.Firstly, the principal and the key technologies of cloud computing are analyzed,and cloud computing is applied to oil well transmission system. Through distributedstorage, cloud computing can manage massive data storage generated by oil wellparameter transmission system and HBase embedded in big data platform Had oopsaves data with additional redundancy, aiming at improving the stability of thesystem; by means of distributed paralle l-computing with MapReduce framework,cloud computing improves real-time of oil well parameter transmission system.Secondly, based on wireless transmission technology, the key technology of oilwell parameter transmission system is presented. GPRS technology is selected in oilwells data transmitting. But GPRS has the problems of high packet loss rate andhigh delay time. To solve these problems, an finite retransmission algorithm basedon TCP/IP protocol is proposed. The data transmitted by lower computer is exposedto internet, and the speed of lower computer is slow. Aiming at improving systemspeed and security, DES cryptographic algorithm is adopted in transmission system.At last, an experimental transmission system is built. Based on the platform ofES-6electric submersible pump downhole sensor and Siemens GPRS modemMC39I, an finite retransmission algorithm based on TCP/IP proto col is realized.The reliability and real-time of the protocol, and the secure encryption of data withDES cryptographic algorithm are verified. Based on cloud architecture, the datastorage system on host computer is built. And the goal of widely access to oil wellparameter transmission system is achieved through dynamic website. |
