Recently,the development of information technology promotes the development of the economy,the application of information technology in the mineral processing has become the focus of enterprises.Mineral processing optimization decision system is limited at local space.Establishing engineer station in different section of a factory to control producing process.Manager,engineer and production personnel have to do their jobs through a local computer.In this case,the time and place of production decisions are limited.Departments can not share message to refer to.In the original local mineral processing system,to increase the new application,you must purchase a new server and configure,which makes higher cost,difficult management and waste of resource.The local production decision-making system data exists locally.If the system has an accident,the loss of the data may cause significant loss to the enterprise.For the above questions,This paper is based on National Natural Science Foundation of China?Study on closed-loop optimization of operation index of complex industry process (61273031?).Combined with the mineral processing production index optimization,for the existing processing enterprises demand for production decision system software,designed optimization system based on cloud computing and mobile intelligent terminal of flotation production targets.The optimization of the comprehensive production index has done the development and testing of the server and mobile terminal,which proved the validity and availability of the software.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The process of mineral processing and the optimization of the decision-making are described.The function and structure of the optimized software for mineral processing indexes are analyzed.From the point of cloud computing and mobile decision making,the need of production index optimization system software is analyzed.(2)The overall architecture of the software for the optimization system of mineral processing index based on cloud computing and mobile intelligent terminal is designed,including the mobile terminal,cloud server,data acquisition computer,and production process control system four parts.The mobile terminal interface and cloud server function module is carefully designed.The mobile terminal includes production results display interface,ore information interface,variable management interface,integrated production indices optimized interface,whole process optimization of production index interface,operation optimization of production index interface,interface of historical information,and user management interface.(3)Optimization software development of comprehensive production index for mineral processing based on cloud computing and mobile intelligent.First,according to the needs of decision makers,the optimization model of comprehensive production index for mineral processing is described.Optimization model is solved by gradient operator NSGA-II hybrid evolutionary algorithm,which proves the effectiveness of hybrid evolutionary algorithm.According to the system design of the optimization software,the comprehensive production index optimization software is developed in detail.Its main divided into mobile client-side and server-side development.The cloud server has implemented the encapsulating and calling of algorithm,and data storage and so on.Mobile terminal is to achieve the parameter setting,show result data and historical information,and implement push server.Mobile terminal provide a friendly interactive interface for users,combination with cloud computing to realize decision-making of mineral processing.(4)The function of the software of the comprehensive production index optimization algorithm was tested,Mainly including user login function test,parameter setting test,the optimized results show test,optimization of historical information storage and display function test,and to push the message function test.Through the test,it is proved that the optimization software can accomplish the optimization goal and realize the mobile decision.
