With the acceleration of urbanization process in China, our country’s demand for environmental protection is increasing.Many small towns are building new sewage treatment plants.The sewage treatment plant of Suiling country in Heilongjiang Province had been building from2011, and formally put into operation at the end of April2014.The plant is applied Bio-doubling technology, this paper is to study the whole commissioning process indicators to remove the case and determine the optimum operating parameters, and multiplication process for future reference in sludge total reflux treatment plant commissioning operations.The design capacity of the sewage treatment plant in2015is20000m3/d, and the sewage perform is "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard"(GB18918-2002) in a B standard.This paper introduces the research status of sludge total reflux process, the principle of sewage treatment, and the advantages compared with the conventional activated sludge process. Sludge total reflux process can be completed in the inlet end through a majority-fold dilution air lift system? making the pool inlet end and outlet end of the concentration difference is greatly reduced? which for microbes to create a relatively stable living environment to efficiently remove contamination matter, which is the traditional activated sludge are not available.And the process is strong resistance to shock loading, process short, small footprint, saving infrastructure investment, easy to operate, handle tons of power consumption compared to traditional craft dropped by more than50%.In early January of2014, The sewage treatment plant began to cast mud and debug, when the temperature was low, so increased the sludge inoculum.In the commissioning process, the main routine determination of several water quality indicators were COD, BOD, ammonia, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and suspended solids.I analysisd the sludge training process, the influence of temperature, dissolved oxygen sludge culture, after four months, the process started successfully. After the system ran stability, the dissolved oxygen in the aeration tanks was0.5mg/L or so,the sludge concentration in the aeration tanks was6500mg/L.The effects of removing the stable operation of primary treatment systems and the aeration tank of water quality indicators, at the end of this article, the effects of temperature, dissolved oxygen, and ammonia load sludge load on the system were studied.Came to the conclusion:under different temperature conditions, the system is not very different for the removal of organic matter, in order to ensure good growth aeration tank removal of organic matter and microorganisms, sludge load should be greater than0.06kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d).After the system ran stability, the final effluent indicators are as follows:effluent COD is about41.3mg/L, BOD5is about8.3mg/L, TN is about13.1mg/L, ammonia is about3.4mg/L, SS is about15.2mg/L, total phosphorus is about0.39mg/L.The index has reached the "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard"(GB18918-2002) in a B standar.Using sludge total reflux technology to deal with sewage in low temperature is technically feasible.
