In recent years, the drug supramolecular chemistry has experienced rapid development, whichis a new development of supramolecular chemistry in the field of pharmacy and has become one ofthe hotspots of supramolecular chemistry. This is due to drug supramolecular has many advantages, such as better stability, higher safety, lower toxicity, fewer adverse reactions and other advantages. In this study, several ligands containing barbituric acid and its derivaties have been selected used toassemble a series of diverse structural types of supramolecules with appropriate transition metalions. The resulting supramolecules have been determined by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopyand X-ray diffraction. This thesis includes the following four chapters. In Chapter1, firstly, supramolecular chemistry, especially the formation of supramolecularfactors, was introduced; Secondly, the application of barbituric acid and its derivaties weresummarized. Follwed, status of drug agents supramolecular was extracted. Finally the challengesremained in this area was discussed. In Chapter2, selectinging barbituric acid as ligand, reacting with transition metal ion (Cd2+/Zn2+/Co2+/Cu2+/Ni2+) and the second ligand (4,4’-bpy、 phen、 bpp) we abtainedsupramolecules1-12by solution, diffusion and solvothermal methods. Single-crystal X-raydiffraction indicates that compounds2,4,5and7were mononuclear structures, compounds1,3,6and8were1D structures. In terms of thermal stability, except2and3, other supramolecules canreach to300℃. Supramolecules1-4have a strong emission peak at400nm.In Chapter3,5-nitrouracil reacted with transition metal ion (Co2+/Cu2+/Zn2+/Ni2+)yield supramolecules9-12by solution method. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction indicatesthat supramolecules9-12were all mononuclear structure. Thermal stability of thesupramolecules showed that supramolecules11,12can reach to300℃. Supramolecule9has a strong emission peak at475nm. Supramolecule10has a strong emission peak at460nm.In Chapter4, a briefly conclusion and outlook were given.
