Under the demand of economic construction, large-scale exploitation of coal resources not only has brought lots of hillocks, taken up valuable land resources, but also caused the surface subsidence, the building destruction, arable land damage and so on, brought the serious destruction to the ecological environment of coal mine area. By using gangue-filled mining technology, not only the coal gangue can not be taken out of mine, but the surface subsidence control are realized, which can effectively control the strata movement and efficiently recycle the coal under the building.Some conclusions of compression amount and compression ratio versus pressure are drawn by preparing filling coal gangue samples using gangue in the gangue dump of Xima coal mine and grouping and compounding these samples through classification griddle,adopting homemade large container compressor barrel, testing compression tests of gangue samples using YE-200A hydraulic testing machine. Compression amount and compression ratio of samples increases with increasing pressure and size, the compression ratio of compounding uniformly is the lowest one. The conclusion provides basic data for controlling the strata and ground movement and deformation.Analyzing the related factors about filling effect and concluded that compression ratio and fullness rate is the main factors for filling effect. Using mining subsidence visualization system based probability integration and experimental data and predict the effects of various compression ratio and fullness rate on ground movement and deformation. The maximum of ground movement and deformation is linearly correlation with compression ratio and fullness rate. According to 《the buildings, water, rail and main roadway coal Pillar Design and coal mining regulations》,choosing the compounding uniformly gangue to fill and predict the ground movement and deformation under village in the South No.2mining area of Xima coal mine. The results shows that if1222,1223,1224and1225respectively choose fullness rate85percent,90percent,95percent and95percent to fill mining, the mining subsidence of first three working face are in range of level-Ⅰ, only the tilt of1225is more than range of level-Ⅰ,but in range of level-Ⅱ,but the maximum just beyond0.4mm/m;If all working face choose the fullness rate90percent, only the tilt of the shallow part in1225is more than range of level-I,the maximum is3.4mm/m;If choose the fullness rate90percent to mine the protected coal pillars of Dazhifang village, the maximum of tilt value is3.4mm/m,and the mining subsidence of the84percent part is in range of level-Ⅰ, the building can be used normally in the conditions of un-maintenance and simple-maintenance, the others part are in range of level-Ⅱ, but the excess of tilt value is more a little.the building can be used normally in the conditions of small-maintenanc-e.
