Oil shale are unconventional oil and gas resources,rich in natural resources and the development and utilization of feasibility is very important to succeed as a21st century energy, oil,gas,coal and oil shale are non-renewable fossil energy. Huadian oil shale mining area rich in mineral resources, mining resources industries is of higher value. So the resources can be fully in use is especially important.According to the geological analysis of Huadian oil shale mine belongs to the soft rock mine.Occurs during mining of fully mechanized hydraulic support column bar and dive into the depths at the end of a deep, deep case depth reached50cm,caused by the pole tied to the advance of the face at the end of a great deal of difficulty and seriously affecting the overall production efficiency and economic benefit of mine.In order to solve the above problems,on the basis of403working face of mine pressure observation and floor than pressure field,combined with geostress measurement,analysis geostress size and direction on the influence to the roadway.Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation study on the combination of methods,analysis mine pressure behaviour regularity of403working face and determine working face first weighting interval,cycle weighting interval.On that basis conduct research on the equipment selection in working face and select the new hydraulic support to adapt to working face.Technical transformation of the original bracket to ensure that maximize working efficiency.
