In mining process of close distance coal seams, the mutual influence of upper and lower layers, difficulties of roadway layout and support, supersedure tension of working face and low production efficiency have been problems to perplex safety and high efficiency production of the majority of our coal mine. The pitch of9#and10#thin coal seam of Huozhou Coal Electricity Xinzhi coal mine of Shanxi Coking Coal Group is only1.71m, which is as an engineering background to research on close distance coal seams.Have analysing the lithology of9#and10#coal seam roof, the author puts forward "single coal seam mining","once full-seam mining","set focus Lane centralized mining","don’t set focus Lane centralized mining" and other four kinds of schemes. On the basis of analysis and comparison the advantages and disadvantages of four schemes, the author has indicated the necessity of simultaneous production. Then, the author has researched on the mining technology and layout of actual mining roadways of9#and10#coal seam working face on simultaneous production.According to the current more mature theory of "regulated zone theory" and "decompression zone theory", the author has calculated and analyzed of the alternate distance of9#and10#thin coal seam’s working face of Xinzhi Coal. On this basis, the author has also used FLAC3D software to investigate stress effect of different alternate distance of9#and10#thin coal seam’s working face in separate mining and simultaneous production by numerical simulation.The results have showed the technology that "don’t set focus lane centralized mining" is feasible in9#and10#thin coal seam of Huozhou Coal Electricity Xinzhi coal mine of Shanxi Coking Coal Group, which can solve the problem of supersedure tension of working face, serious waste of resources of Xinzhi Coal and other problems. The study is of great significance to improve the recovery rate of coal resources, and to protect the safe and efficient production of coal mine.
