For a long time, China’s abundant coal resources has been dominated by the dominant position of primary energy consumption, with the mining efficiency and continuous improvement of production, such as the open air or in shallow coal seams deep coal seam with good mining conditions of coal resources have been a large number of mining and coal in the coming decades will remain the main energy source exists, which makes thin seam mining gradually people’s attention.On the current status of research on thin coal seam of view, most of them concentrated in the working face, the study on the joint exploitation of thin coal seam roadway arrangement is relatively rare, and the key is far less research done on the Face as systematic and comprehensive.Based on the above, the present paper Lu’an Group Zhangcun mine engineering background, the use of theoretical research, similar methods and numerical modeling studies, supplemented by giving examples of engineering practice verification, a comprehensive analysis of thin seam group with close Combined Mining roadway layout. Research results are mainly the following:(1) the use of existing mechanical model of combined mining thin coal seam roadway arrangement, inductive argument has the reasonable malposition, combined with the actual situation given Zhangcun ore from theoretical malposition: outward staggering distance 7m, inside staggering distance 4.7m;(2) Using a large proportion(1:20) Physical modeling experiment under different interlayer spacing 2m and 4m tunnel layout way at the wrong situation from a variety of arrangements of Simulated analysis, the interlayer spacing of the outer layer spacing 2m reasonable outward staggering distance during 10 m, inside staggering distance 6m, when 4m reasonable outward staggering distance 8m, inside staggering distance 5m, and the stability of the roadway layout when overlay;(3) the use of numerical simulation software UDEC layer spacing 2m, 4m, 6m and 8m tunnel layout way at different situations from a variety of roadway wrong arrangement simulation analysis, the reasonable arrangement under layers of different wrong spacing distance, and spacing layer disposed on the roadway affected were analyzed and summarized.Finally, for this article analysis concluded, a reference to the corresponding engineering examples further verification analysis, a comprehensive system for mine close Zhangcun Combined Mining thin coal seam roadway arrangement were analyzed and demonstration for the future with similar geological conditions mine actual production to provide some reference and reference.
