Low permeability reservoir with natural energy of lack of strong pressure sensitivity of the flow of crude oil has a starting pressure gradient characteristics. Low permeability oilfield rapid decline in the production process of formation pressure, porosity and permeability, reservoir capacity is difficult to recover. These features restricts the effect of low-permeability oil field development.In order to overcome the adverse effects of these characteristics, we have adopted advanced water injection development to maintain reservoir pressure, improve the effect of low permeability oil field development. Advanced water injection is the pre-production of the production wells, injection wells in the betting after a period of water injection, the formation pressure is higher than the original reservoir pressure, oil saturation within the drainage area of the production wells are put into operation not less than the initial oil saturation degrees, and establish effective displacement a water injection system.Way from the development of advanced water injection percolation theory to explore the methods and indicators for assessing the effects of low permeability reservoir waterflood development, taking into account the actual situation of the Xifeng Oilfield Dongzhi area, we use a degree of control of recoverable reserves, water flooding, water-drivenwith the degree of water flooding volumetric sweep efficiency of water flooding index storage rate, and energy to maintain and degree of utilization of the seven indicators were evaluated the effect of oil field development, and ahead of injection wells in the block group and non ahead of NoteWell group development effects were compared, and then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and pointed out the existing problems and make recommendations for improving the development of the status quo.
