Scallops polysaccharide has the anti-tumor,antioxidant with virtues of enhancing immunity, regulating blood sugar level, reducinghematic fat, such a variety of biological activities functions, can be developed as an idealhealth care products, cosmetics, feed additives, etc. And they have broad applicationprospects.This project studied the scallop polysaccharide extraction technology and liveness.With fresh storage, frozen storage, dried drying, vacuum freeze drying four kinds ofpretreatment process, getting different scallops raw materials. And find the besttechnology of polysaccharide extraction respectively. We can verify the physiologicalliveness of extraction of crude polysaccharide. The article is divided into three parts toexpound this project.The first part mainly introduce the scallops nutritional value and medicinal value andthe polysaccharide extraction technology used in common. The part also introduce themethod of separating protein and researches on the liveness of polysaccharide of bothdomestic and foreign.The second part: On the basis of single factor experiment, scallops extraction processof polysaccharide was optimized by using response surface analysis. And compare theeffects of different pretreatment methods on polysaccharide extraction yield. Thendetermine the best way of storage.The third part: The research on the scallops polysaccharide bioactivity use animal test,through the health mice gastric different doses of crude polysaccharide solution, observingthe viscera index in mice and the ability of macrophage cell in swallowing abdominalcavity chicken red blood cells and T-lymphocyte proliferation vigour. Within the scopeof design of experiment, determine the liveness of scallops polysaccharide.
