Comparison of extraction processes for flavonoids in Ginkgo leaves by semi-bionicextraction and enzymic treatment were investigated using the contents of flavonoids asindexes. For enzymic treatment, extract concentration80%,the leaves were hydrolyzed withenzymes at pH=8.0,45℃and each5g Ginkgo leaves with4.5mg,enzymes for2hrs,followed by extraction at90℃with20times the weight of alcohol-water solution for2hrs3times.The extractive yield of total flavonoids from Ginkgo leaves was6.3468mg.g-1.Forsemi-bionic extraction, optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows:extractconcentration80%,temperature80℃,stock ratio1:20(mass:volume).The extractive yield oftotal flavonoids from Ginkgo leaves was6.4598mg.g-1.The experiments of effect on immune adherence activity of Chicken erythrocytes byFlavonoids of Ginkgo biloba showed that the gingko flavone can enhanced immuneadherence activity of Chicken erythrocytes. The gingko flavone extracts purificated byDM-130and the rutin acted on the erythrocyte of healthy and unhealthy(colibacillosis)chicken respectively, and observed them after incubated with the sensitizedsaccharomycetes, the non-sensitized saccharomycetes and the physiological saline separatelyto counted RBC-C3b,RBC-IC receptor rosette number. The result indicated that the gingkoflavone’s RBC-C3b receptor rosette number were higher than the rutin and the salt watercontrol group obviously, explaining that the gingko flavone can enhanced immune adherenceactivity of Chicken erythrocytes. In immunization experiments ginkgo flavonoids can stimulate lymphocyte proliferationalone; rutin as a single material on lymphocyte proliferation was not clear; ginkgo flavonoidson in vitro lymphocyte proliferation in a dose-dependent, with the increased concentration ofimmune role in promoting enhanced, but when the concentration was too high to promotelymphocyte proliferation.
