| With the development of coal mining technology and the increase of mining depth, each coal mine gas accident occur frequently in our country, coal mine gas prevention and control become the top priority of the coal mine safety production, the gas extraction method combined with the reality of mine will be continuous production, the safety of coal mine gas control play a key role. This paper put forward relieved gas drainage technology for ShiQuan coal mine encountered the problem of gas in the process of mining protecting strata.This paper on the basis of collecting a large number of references, theoretical analysis and field investigation, through the theoretical analysis to determine the feasibility of mining protecting strata of ShiQuan coal mine, and simulate the overlying coal seam floor displacement change rule and the plastic zone distribution after mining protecting strata by FLAC3D numerical simulation software. With the rate of more than3%o as fully discharge standard, determine protected coal seam in the tendency and direction of pressure relief range. Through the theoretical analysis and the measured pressure relief gas migration rule was analyzed, and simulate ventilation condition and pipe buried under the condition of extraction in the goaf gas migration by FLUENT numerical simulation software. Combined with protective mining overlying coal seam under unloading pressure range and discharge pressure gas migration law, design the dense parallel bedding face drilling extraction method, wear layer drilling extraction on the adjacent layers of gas extraction method, goaf buried tube extraction method, and fully enclosed goaf method, to extract the relieved gas of mining protecting strata. Through the field test results verify the result of the extraction, protection effect is good. This scheme not only guarantee the mining of safety in production, and increase the protection of the protective effect, has the very high application promotion value. |
