This study relying on the progect of Ziya River Haihe River Basin (Hebei section)water pollution control and water quality improvement and comprehensive integrationtechnology demonstration projects, Fourth phthalicacidesters DMP, DEP, DIBP, DBP,DMEP, BMPP, DEEP, DPP, DHXP, BBP, DBEP, DCHP, DNOP, DINPhave been studiedby gasehromatography—massspectrometry.taking the river basins of main districts ofWang yang gou as the study area, setting up13sampling points, respectively,collecttingwater,soil,plant and sediment sample, pretreating and detecting and analysising at the Juneand Septmber mid-month(2012,2013) sampling period at each sampling point, analyzedthe concentration distribution characteristics and environmental risk assessment ofPhthalicAcid Esters by the quotient method in sampling period. The main theses of thisresearch are as follows:(1) The thesis has established the environmental sample preparation method by aseries of experimeniations such as extraction solvent,extraction time,solid一phaseextraction. The average reeoveries of fourth phthalates are from79.65%to106.21%,and therelative standard deviations (RSDs)from0.93%to2.54%, the results show that thismethod is accurate and credible.(2) Conditions of GC-MS was probed to, and their correlation coefficients and limitsof detection met the requirement of microanalysis. The linear ranges of PAEs werebetween1to10mg/L. The range of detection limits of GC-MS was from0.0835ug/ml to0.1167ug/ml, and correlation coefficients was more than0.9982.(3) Distribution characteristics and pollution level of phthalate esters of thewater,soil,plant and sediment sample.all of the PAEs has been found in environmentalmedium,but different pollution level.in this study,(4) For the zebra fish embryo and algae during water and sediment sampling at13sampling points, DMP,DEP has no ecological risk; the pollutants DBP and DNOP did nothave a direct ecological risk but some of the HQ values of DBP,DNOP lie in the range ofhigh potential ecological risk.However, almost all of HQ value of four PAEs in sedimentlie in the potential range of high ecological risk and ecological risk. In the order ofDMP>DBP>DNOP>DEP.
