LUCC is one of the important causes and driving factions of global change, which directly affects the course of the structure and function of ecosystem, which led to changes in the value of ecosystem services, the impact on production by human activity intervention relatively large northeast and northwest China is particularly prominent, from the perspective of regional ecological security and sustainable development, research LUCC changes in the value of ecosystem services under changing context is important.This paper selects Ning’an City, which is in Heilongjiang province as the study area, in1991to2010, with rapid social and economic development, land use types in study area occurred some changes in the value of ecosystem services also will be changed. with TM remote sensing images of1991and2010as the main source of information, Use of remote sensing and geographic information systems combined method to extract the study area land use/cover information obtained when the underlying data in the study area with two types of land use change information. Accordingly changes in the magnitude of land use types, analyze the rate of change, the extent of land use and land use change, such as the driving force. The parameter were revised by using the methods and models of ecological value estimation in view of the actual condition of the study area. Land use changes caused Ning’an ecosystem services and the total value of each individual service value estimate. The sensitivity coefficient is introduced to analyze the value of ecosystem services dependent on the value of the coefficient, the introduction of gray correlation to analyze the correlation of each land use type of ecosystem services. The result indicates:(1) The study area show arable land use change, increased arable land, construction land, woodland, grassland, water and other land reduced "2increased4Less" trend, in1991the most widely distributed forest,64.46%of the total area, followed by arable land, accounting for22.78%, between1991and2010.Ning’an proportion increased to30.17%of arable land, reducing the proportion of woodland to60.63%. Seen, Ning’an agriculture and forestry-based, urbanization level is not high, the infrastructure is lagging behind. The past20years, due to the woodland, grassland and water scale reclamation, so the landscape changed greatly increased the potential harm local ecological environment. Land use structure was a single development trend in land use degree on its overall land use in the development period.(2) Study area economic value of ecosystem services in20years, a downward trend, Individual ecosystem services value also declined, with the formation of the corresponding structural changes in land use pattern, resulting in the loss of ecosystem services worth556million dollars of use cover change, reducing to3.42%, Reduce the value of ecosystem services comes mainly from reducing woodland, grassland and water area of woodland and grassland major development for the reduction of arable land and construction land.(3) The sensitivity analysis showed that the value of the ecosystem service value coefficients inflexible findings credible. Throughout the class, the largest sensitivity coefficients woodland, followed by farmland and waters, the water, the water of the ground price is small, but its powerful ecosystem services, resulting in a considerable amount of value, so the value of its high sensitivity. The higher the value of ecosystem services to reduce the coefficient of land use types of forest, water, etc, will inevitably lead to declining value of ecosystem services, and Ning’an relatively fragile ecosystems, particularly sensitive ecosystems, forest, water and other interference with human activities. So, when adjusting the structure of the study area of land to fully consider the eco-efficiency of land use, slowing the downward trend in the value of ecosystem services.(4) Analysis showed a high correlation woodland, arable land and water on three types of ecosystem services, the top three associate degrees, construction land, grassland and other land is minimized.(5) Social economy of Ning’an city developed greatly during the period studied. Ecosystem service total value did not change so much, however, As the population in Ning’an city increased, average ecosystem service value decreased sharply. Average ecosystem benefit decreased from37120.92CNY of1991to32773CNY of2010,15.4percentutally.
