My research was focused on three sections as follows:1. Research on optimized the process route of synthesis the herbicide of phenoxycarboxylic acidPhenoxycarboxylic acid compound, as one of the most important herbicide, has developed for more than70years. With its widely accepted characteristics of high selectivity and high efficient broad-spectrum and so on, phenoxycarboxylic acid compounds occupy the irreplaceable position in today’s market.Due to the larger quantity of wastewater from the old process route of synthesis phenoxycarboxylic acid compounds has caused the environmental pollution, we use the organic solvent to instead the water in the old process route and we can also keep the same high yield. We found a newly and environment friendly process route of synthesis the o-methylphenoxyacetic acid,2-(2-Methylphenoxy) propionic acid and2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid.2. Research on optimizing the process route of synthesis the new neonicotinoid insecticides dinotefuran.Dinotefuran is one of the new neonicotinoid insecticides, which has the advantages of broad-spectrum, high activity, low toxicity and so on. This pesticide has registered in Japan firstly in2002, and sales in the same year with a bullish on its market prospects. The patent protection of dinotefuran will deadline in2014, and we believe that the competition about dinotefuran in the global market will be fierce on the time. Therefore, we have to have a good preparation for related technology on the process of synthesis dinotefuran.Diethyl malonate, ethyl chloroacetate and1-methyl-3-nitroguanidine as raw materials were used for synthesis of dinotefuran, while we optimized the process route and solved some problems to encounter in industrial, completing a small test section.
