Metal-organic frameworks?MOFs?are a class of porous materials combined by organic-inorganic linker.Because of its outstanding feature in catalysis,gas storage,sensing and adsorption,it has become one of the hotspots in the field of new materials in recent years.In the field of environmental pollutant analysis,MOFs materials have been proved to be good adsorbent materials for the enrichment of analytes in environmental waters.MOFs membrance can accelerate mass transmission.Most of MOFs membranes are currently used in the gas separation.there are several applications of MOFs membrance in the environmental field.Thus,Related research should be expanded.Phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicides as the first batch of herbicides in agricultural application,it is easily could be dissolved in water,and it would cause serious damage to human health,animal and plant when agricultural irrigation wastewater entered the water environment.In addition,sulfa antibiotics are widely used in animals and human as a common antibiotics,they have been frequently detected in environmental waters bodies.Due to the concentration of phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicides and sulfonamides are low in water,the sample pretreatment techniques is necessary before analysis.In this paper,two new MOFs membrane materials were prepared,which were applied to the enrichment of phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicides and sulfonamides in water,followed by high performance liquid chromatography for detection.The research work is as follows:?1?MIL-53-PVDF mixed matrix membrane?MIL-53-PVDF MMM?was synthesized with polyvinylidene fluoride?PVDF?and MIL-53.The prepared membrane was characterized.The membrane was used in enrichment of four phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicides?2,4-D,MCPA,2,4-DB,2,4-DP?in environmental water sample.The experiment factors affecting membrane extraction efficiency were investigated.The MOFs membrane based extraction method coupled with high performance liquid chromatography?HPLC?determination of four phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicides in environmental water samples was developed.The linear range of 2,4-D,MCPA and 2,4-DB was 0.5-50?g/L,and the linear range of2,4-DP was 1.0-50?g/L.The limit of detection of the four phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicides was 0.13-0.36?g/L.The intra-day precision?n=6?of the method was1.36-13.1%,and the inter-day precision?n=6?was 1.37-13.63%.The method was applied to the detection of four phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicides in real water samples?tap water,surface water and seawater?.The recoveries of spiked samples were 66.50-118.00%,51.80%-120.00% and 55.70-130.00%,respectively.The membrane can be reused at least 20 times.The method has the advantages of low limit detection,good precision,high accuracy and high sensitivity,and meets the requirements for routine analysis.?2?NH2-MIL-101?Fe?-PVDF mixed matrix membrane?NH2-MIL-101?Fe?-PVDF MMM?was synthesized with polyvinylidene fluoride?PVDF?and NH2-MIL-101?Fe?.The membrane was used in enriching four sulfa antibiotics?SD,SM1,SCP,SMZ?in environmental water sample.The experiment factors affecting membrane extraction efficiency were optimized.A new method for the determination of four sulfa antibiotics in environmental water samples based on NH2-MIL-101?Fe?-PVDF mixed matrix membrane extraction-high performance liquid chromatography was developed.The limit of detection was 8.3-13.6ng/L,the linear range was 0.1-100?g/L,the intra-day precision?n=6?of the method was1.86-11.24%,and the inter-day precision?n=6?was 0.78-5.84%.The method was applied to the detection of actual water samples?tap water,surface water and sea water?,and the recovery was 33.90-80.30%.This method is timesaving and efficient for the detection of trace sulfa antibiotics in water.
