A type of Inorganic polymer flocculant-polymeric aluminum ferric chloride was prepared,the main material was red mud of guangxi,Fe、Al of red mud leaching by hydrochloric acid under certain temperature,then stabilizer and oxidation were added into the mixed liquid,and adjust the basicity by adding NaHCO3. Study and analysis the technological conditions of hydrolis is polymerization and the macrostructure characteristics.In addition,a study to verify the treatment effect of polymeric ferric chloride under the different waste water were carried out.(1) In the Process stages of leaching red mud with hydrochloric acid. The experiment results showed that:roasting and roasting temperature of red mud have few impact on the leaching ratios,the major factors in turn were:the concentration of chloride acid、reaction time、liquid to solid ratio and reaction temperature. The leaching ratios of Fe、Al were96.13%and30.69%respectively under the condition that reaction temperature80℃、liquid to solid ratio7、 hydrochloric acid concentration9mol/L、reaction time2h;the microstructure and phase transformation of red mud were analyzed by means of SEM and XRD.The hematite in red mud has been totally leached by HCL(2) In the Process stages of hydrolisis polymerization of PAFC,the use of oxidation is conducive to the hydrolisis polymerization of ferric,and the pre-addition of stabilizer were better in PAFC preparation.The optimum condition can be reached by the coagulation experiment of kaolin solution:P/Fe was0.08, H2O2as oxidation and [H2O2]/[Fe2+] was1.2, the basicity was1.4,aging time was10d. Under these conditions,the turbidity removal rate of kaolin solution was95.40%.(3) Fe-Ferron time complexation colorimetric methods for speciation analysis were investigated. The results showed:the increase of P/Fe can significant enhance the stabilization of PAFC;the change of [H2O2]/[Fe2+] have few influence on speciation distribution;when basicity>1.4,the transformation trend from Febto Fec can be reinforce which decreased the ability of flocculation. PAFC can maintain stability in20d, as the prolonging of aging time, flocculants were transformed into high polymer, and stability was gradually decreased.(4) Self-made flocculant was used in sewage、floods、pond wastewater and cassava starch wastewater. The results of experiments showed that:while floods was treated, the turbidity removal rate was up to99.00%, while sewage、pond wastewater and cassava starch wastewater were treated, the turbidity removal rates were about90.00%.The self-made flocculant PAFC、FeCl3and PAC sold on the market have the same treatment effect;the COD removal rate of sewage can reach more than50%,as well as the FeCl3s lightly less than the PAC...
