1. Ascorbic acid was used as raw material to synthesis carbon dots via pyrolysis. Many characterization methods such as UV, FLD, IR, XRD, mass spectrum and TEMwere used to detect the morphology and structure of carbon dots. The effects of pH,emission wavelength, ionic strength and reaction temperature on the fluorescenceintensity of carbon dots were investigated.2. A small biomolecule, guanine, was used to modify the surface of carbon dotsin order to improve its optical property. The interaction between carbon dots andguanine was studied.3. Under appropriate HPLC condition two single carbon dots components wereseparated. So did the carbon dots conjugate and spare guanine. The fluorescencequantum yield of two single carbon dots was tested respectively. |
