With the development of world economy and energy shortages, biogas fermentation engineering gradually become an important part to acquire new energy. In our country, the household biogas digester fermentation of straw and animal waste as raw materials, our country is an agricultural country, the straw stalk number is more, but its efficiency is low, most burned as fuel, is not only a waste of resources, and environmental pollution, the minority as the raw material of animal feed and fermentation. In as raw materials for the biogas fermentation, the straw utilization ratio is low, the reason is the lack of effective cellulose degradation microbes, especially in the northern China, the winter is cold, will restrict the activity of microorganisms at low temperatures, so the high low temperature activity of cellulose degradation microorganism has a certain practical significance.From tow temperature start, this paper focuses on screening of cellulose degradation microbes, experiment with cow dung, straw, and water as fermentation substrates, and adding a certain amount of simulated fermentation strains or flora, through the study characteristics, such as the change of the gas production rate and VFA purpose strain or flora is studied on the influence of biogas fermentation at tow temperature.The research results show that the selected three highly active cellulose degradation microbial strains, can effective degradation of cellulose, especially, the mixed bacteria effect is obviously better than that of single strain, the total volume is1.44times that of single strain and weeks ahead of gas production peak also; Methane content is increased by12.34%, and perinatal methane content peak also in advance; Total VFA increased by99.61%, and the substrate of VFA or more species, and showed a good mixture of synergy. Physiological and biochemical experiments,2strains of the function of the strain contain starch hydrolysis, one strain still contain gelatin liquefaction function.
