Research On The Responsibilities About Environment Protection Laws And Policies Execution Of Power Plants

China has the biggest capacity of electric power, but also the most series pollutionproblems. The paper summarized the laws, the regulations, the polities and standardsrelated with thermal power in China, the conditions about the power company includingthe key problems from the production of power, the applied technology about de-dust,desulphurization, enitrification, emercuration, noise reduction and management factors.Proposed a comprehensive treatment and near-zero emissions process for the pollutionabout thermal power stations, assessed the responsibilities and difficulties for the powergeneration companies.Based on these, the paper analysised the way of power generation of using new typeenergy, to ease the pollution press of traditional energy. The paper suggested a regulatorymechanism which is formed by the laws and regulations, the government and the societies,and an open and initiative responsibilities culture for the power companies.
