Then using laser granularity instrument, X-ray diffraction, thermal analyzer, self-control conductivity meter, homemade hydration heat meter, infrared spectrometer, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and other instruments to explore all aspects of performance. Experiment is mainly for special grinding agent mixed with large quantity of limestone powder grinding and mixing grinding agent in the cement sample performance comparison research, the results show that special grinding agent mixed with large dosage of limestone sample of each age strength were increased, liquidity increases, setting time shortened, but for the consistency of the impact is not big. With large amount of limestone special grinding agent has the effect of fine particles of concentration, the appropriate extension of the grinding time, can make the particles more concentrated, and the peak will move toward the direction of fine particles, is advantageous to the cement hydration. Found in the experiments, the early hydration heat the impact is not the main cause of liquidity, is mainly caused by the morphology and particle size distribution of cement particles; Strength does not depend on the hydration process, the influence of the increase of the strength is mainly by the influence of types and forms of hydration products. With large amount of limestone special grinding agent mixed material on PC in cement clinker, limestone, etc all have certain grinding effect, and grinding particles in the majority with active high water chestnut the shape.
