the hot-metal ladle is a new kind of transportation equipmentaiming at saving further energy, saving space and shortening the technological process.Hot-metal ladle can be used for loading and transporting of the iron pot, and realizedesulfurization in the car and slagging-off operation in the stirring and mixing station.The research is based on the130t hot-metal ladle from an Iron and Steel GroupCo.Ltd, it is emphasized to study that stability, accuracy and thermal strength of thetilting frame under high temperature and load bearing, and thermal fatigue of thetilting frame is calculated and life is predicted on the basis of the result, whichprovides certain theory basis for the study of the long life.Because of the tilting frame of the hot-metal ladle bear high-temperatureradiation and the constantly changed torque in the tilting process. Make sure positivetorque in the tilting process is the premise of the security and reliability indesulfurization and grilled slag location. And the tilting torque calculation is not onlythe basis of the force load extracted, but it is also the essential condition of a study onthermal strength. The movement simulation and thermal strength research on thehot-metal ladle have been done by using the SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS software,its research working mainly come from the following two aspects: on the one hand,the purpose of the movement simulation on the hot-metal ladle is to ensure thestability and accuracy of tilting runtime. The acceleration curve of the change alongtilting angle indicates that the rigid impact does not exist.On the other hand,the thermal strength is studied,and the precondition of theresearch on its thermal strength need do the following research: First, the forceparameters of the tilting are extracted, the force parameters changed along with thetilting Angle can be got by determining the position of the mass center and got thetilting torque in the tilting process, which provides theory basis for design of thetilting mechanism and selection of the hydraulic cylinder.Secondly, the extraction of temperature load, considering the effect that tiltingframe subjected to high temperature radiation, the temperature load in the tiltingprocess must be extracted. Finally, force load and temperature load can be extractedfrom the above results: load-structure coupling analysis can be built under hightemperature bearing by use ANSYS software and thermal fatigue calculation and lifeprediction of the tilting frame can be got on the basis of the thermodynamic coupling. These results of this research provide strong theoretical support and theoretical evidence for stability and design of long life and maintenance of the hot tipping vehicles.
