Stream channeling phenomenon of G block intensifies, there is an urgent need toimprove the steam flooding technology. The experimental study uses5groups of double tubeheterogeneous physical model of length of10m and inner diameter of0.475cm in hightemperature and pressure that is made by natural washed and screened oil sand of G block, inorder to the experiment is close to reality. Based on the average oil recovery of steam floodand steam huff and puff in this block, one set of combination flood experiment of steam andcarbon dioxide and four groups of combination flood experiments of surface acting agentprofile control and steam and carbon dioxide are carried on in double tube. Under thecondition of different injection rate (PV), the range of enhanced oil recovery in later step ofsteam flood assisted by carbon dioxide surfactant is recorded and economic analysis is carried.Through the project research, give feasibility evaluation conclusions of carbon and surfactantcombine with steam flooding of G block, provide the technical basis for the field test andapplication. The range of enhanced oil recovery of steam and carbon dioxidecomplex-slug(0.3PV) is increased by19%; The range of enhanced oil recovery of surfactantand carbon dioxide complex-slug(0.1PV、0.2PV、0.3PV、0.6PV) are increased by13.9%、14.5%、23.7%、23.9%. It can be seen that with PV of complex-slug increases, the range ofenhanced oil recovery of steam combination flood increases in double tube experiment. WhenPV of complex-slug is same, the range of enhanced oil recovery of combination floodassisted by surfactant and carbon dioxide is4.7%higher than the range of enhanced oilrecovery of combination flood assisted by carbon dioxide and steam, so we can get thatsurfactant have a good effect on enhanced oil recovery.
