Scaling is one of the most hazardous problems in oilfield production In this paper, withitaconic acid(IA) as the main body, ammonium persulfate as the initiator, the synthesis of newanti-scaling agent ISCA, IPBS, ISTA. With maleic anhydride(MA), triethanolamine(TEA) asthe monomer, ammonium persulfate as the initiator, the synthesis of new corrosion inhibitorMA/TEA. The optimum process conditions are determined through single factor experimentand orthogonal experiment.Research on the synthesis and properties of the scale inhibitor of ISCA.With itaconicacid(IA), hypophosphite(SHP), citric acid(CA) and acrylamide(AM) as monomers,ammonium persulfate as the initiator, a new anti-scale agent ISCA was synthesized. Theoptimum technology conditions for anti-scaling agent ISCA synthesis was determined by thesingle factor experiments and orthogonal tests. The results show that, the optimal technologyconditions for synthesis of anti-scaling agent ISCA as follows: the reaction temperature is70℃, the reaction time is2h, the mass ratio of per sulfate ammonium to total monomer is3%,and the monomer’s mole ratio of n(IA):n(SHP):n(CA):n(AM)=1.0:0.5:2.0:1.8. ISCA scaleinhibitor which is under the optimum conditions of synthesis for the silicon scale inhibitionrate is72.19%.Research on the synthesis and properties of the scale inhibitor of IPBS.Withitaconic acid(IA), polyethylene glycol4000(PEG), sodium allyl sulfonate (SAS) and boricacid (BA) as monomers, ammonium persulfate as the initiator, a new anti-scale agent IPBSwas synthesized. The optimum technology conditions for anti-scaling agent IPBS synthesiswas determined by the single factor experiments and orthogonal tests. The results show that,the optimal technology conditions for synthesis of anti-scaling agent IPBS as follows: thereaction temperature is60℃, the reaction time is2h, the mass ratio of per sulfate ammoniumto total monomer is23%, and the monomer’s mole ratio ofn(IA):n(PEG):n(SAS):n(BA)=1.0:0.06:0.2:1.5. ISTA scaleinhibitor which is under the optimum conditions of synthesis for the silicon scale inhibitionrate is72.11%.Research on the synthesis and properties of the corrosion inhibitor MA/TEA.With maleicanhydride(MA), triethanolamine(TEA) as monomers, ammonium persulfate as the initiator, anew corrosion inhibitor MA/TEA was synthesized. The optimum conditions for thecompound use of corrosion inhibitor MA/TEA and thiourea was determined by the singlefactor experiments and orthogonal tests. The results show that, the optimal technologyconditions for synthesis of corrosion inhibitor MA/TEA as follows: the reaction temperatureis70℃, the reaction time is6h, the mass ratio of per sulfate ammonium to total monomer is10%. When the corrosion inhibitor MA/TEA dosage6mg/L, thiourea dosage5mg/L, carbonsteel corrosion rate can reach85.83%.
