Study On Mechanism And Countermeasure Of Scale In Aer Oilfield's Gathering And Transportation System

The subject comes from the oil field gathering and transportation system security project.The produced water of the oilfield is characterized by complex composition,high salinity,high water temperature and strong scaling.Since the commissioning of the United Station,there are serious scaling phenomenon in the outlet pipe network,heat exchanger,three-phase separator and so on.Based on this,this paper studies the scaling law,trend and anti scaling measures of the gathering and transportation system in the oil field.According to the project's design requirements,sample analysis is conducted in respectively 1#,2#,3#al oil water wells exports;a 3,a 22 and a 29 link back to liquid heat exchanger;pre mixed liquid;three-phase separator before mixed fluid and mixing pump outlet.The main factors that lead to the formation of fouling in the gathering and transportation system of the oil field in South China are the high degree of mineralization and the excessive concentration of the ions.Based on the experimental study of the ring road in the room,the variation law of Ca²⁺and Mg²⁺with the concentration,temperature,pH value and flow rate were investigated.Based on the data of the water quality analysis table of the oil field in the south of China,the corresponding experimental water was formulated.The scaling tendency was obtained.According to the experimental results,the scaling rate model is derived.Investigation of the commonly used pipeline antiscaling and descaling method is conducted,focusing on the physical and chemical control methods of anti fouling and anti scaling network pickling agent in scale.Ultrasonic cleaning in the field nakes the best effect,if adding the inhibitor,concentration of 20mg/l inhibitors and concentration of 65mg/l demulsifier have the best compatibility.The appropriate method is summed up for current situation of the oil field and the evaluation of the effect of each method is analyzed.
