| Distilled spirit wastewater is a kind of difficult waste and easily degradableorganic brewed wastewater. In this paper, using "IC+Two-stage A/O" processwastewater treatment process to explore the feasibility study, based on some result ofthe small pilot test and the project. This paper focuses on its process andcharacteristics of the IC reactor start-up,and researches how controles the operationalrelated parameters of two-stage A/O.The result is get that two-stage A/O have theremoval efficiency of COD,ammonia nitrogen,TN and TP for providing somevaluable experience of the design and operation of disitilled spirit wastewatertreatment. The results are as follows:1ã€In the small pilot test, the reactor was added in140L mix wastewater andAerated5d.There are no sludge after5days. It illustrates that the activated sludgeproduces more difficultly by asynchronous domestication method.2ã€In the small pilot test by dilution water, changing different control parametersof the two-stage A/O and obtaining optimum working parameters on the reactor: Ns=0.1~0.2kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d), r=200%~250%, SRT=10d~15d.3ã€In this projects, the start-up of the IC reactor lasted106d and successfullycompleted. When the IC reactor load achieved6.0kgCOD/(m3·d) and operatedstably, COD removal efficiency reaches91.31%, VFA reaching1.56mmol/L, pHreaching7.05, and produceing approximately1300m3biogas. The bottom of thereactor having some granular sludge with a diameter0.2~2.5mm and the settlingvelocity between54m/h~65m/h.4ã€According to the results of the small pilot test, optimizeing operatingparameters of the two-stage A/O reactor:MLSS=3500mg/L,Ns=0.7~1.0kgCOD/(m3·d), SRT=11d~12d, r=220%~230%.After startuping116d, CODconcentration is reduced to51.03~68.34mg/L, and ammonia concentration reducedto5.03mg/L, TN concentration reduced to14.2mg/L, TP concentration reduced to0.47mg/L in the effluent. In short,it is practicable that "IC+two-stageA/O" process treates distilled spirit wastewater wastewater. |
