With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization of our country, and increasingly growing amount of emissions of industrial wastewater, water pollution is widely concerned. In recent years,for some reason,the water quality that these enterprises,small and medium-sized,discharge to the river does not meet the national emission standard,such as,with the backward technology of production and having no meeting sewage treatment facilities with these company,or the expansion of scale of business beyond the ability of treatment of process.As above reasons,industrial waste water causes water resources pollution,brings the serious challenge to the environment, highlights the risks of these,and leave us doing the arduous task to the treatment of pollution.Wine is one kind of traditional symbol and peculiar liquors in China.With the increasingly developing of living standards,the amount of wine is demanding more and more,which leading for the rapidly developing of wine industry.The distilled spirit waste-water has typical characteristics,such as,high organic concentration,better Biodegradability,high concentration of suspended solids,and so on.How-to solving and exploring the environment pollution of wine production waste-water has becoming researching hot spots researchers all over the world.Relying on the background of the project construction,and reviewing the relevant literature,this paper comprehensively analyses the progresses in treatment technology of domestic and foreign alcohol waste-water.By on-the-spot investigating,it analyses the details of liquor factory in Renhuai city Canglong district,and analyses of the waste-water quality.The item of wine waste-water treatment at the conditions of design size 2000m3/d,the effluent CODCr ≤ 12000 mg/L, BOD5 ≤ 4000mg/L, SS = 500mg/L, TN ≤ 70mg/L, NH3-N ≤ 50mg/L, TP ≤ 9.2mg/L.Comparing with the treatments technology,and combining with practical situations of the project, this item uses the combination process of liquor waste-water treatment,anaerobic and aerobic method.Anaerobic treatment technology adopted by multistage internal circulation MIC reactor,Aerobic treatment by cyclic activated sludge system CASS reactor.The combined process has good economic benefit and energy saving,environmental protection benefits.Also,this paper analyses and investigate of its relative plan,such as methane heating engineering, construction engineering, electrical engineering and automation,ventilation engineering,energy saving and environmental protection,etc.It gives a comprehensive analysis,including that the social and economic investment, the influence of project risk, etc.By practice, waste-water after treatment achieves the emission standard“discharge standard of water pollutants for fermentation alcohol and distilled spirits industry”(GB27631-2011).In conclusion,the MIC+CASS combined process has advantages of good treatment effect, stable operation, environmental protection and energy saving, high load capacity, small occupied area, low cost etc.It is a worthy of popularization and application of treatment technology.
