Cement is the basic raw materials of the construction industry in our country,andis well-known for its wide use, large dosage and strong function.For a long time,cement production is mainly by peopleā€™s experience with a given amount of feed coalto control the temperature of the decomposing furnace and the cement rotarykiln.Because of the imprecision and lags of the manual operation, there are someproblems in the process of cement, such as high energy consumption, high pollutionand low efficiency.Therefore,there is important economic and social significanceabout the system modeling and simulation study of cement rotary kiln.Cement rotary kiln system is the high temperature thermal equipment ofcontinuous input and output materials in cement production processs,of whichparameters are discrete, physical and chemical reaction are very complex, and threephases of gaseous, liquid, and solid phase coexist in the process of production.It hasthe distributed parameter characteristics, which is a complex systerm with nonlinear,multivariable, large delay and strong interference. Therefore, conventional controlmethod is very difficult to realize the optimization control of the cement rotary kiln.In this thesis, according to the production mechanism of the cement kiln equipment, itis established the mathematical model through the conservation of mass and heatconservation theory, and this model is often referred to as theory analytical model,which has more rigorous theoretical basis and under any circumstances stands up toscrutiny.The main work contents are as follows:First of all, this thesis briefly introduces the overview and development situationof the new dry process cement production industry, and systematically summarizesthe research and application of cement kilnā€™s control system at home and abroad.Thisthesis further studies the structure and the process of the new dry process cementproduction system, and introduces the main production equipments.Then there is a detailed analysis about the internal process of the cementproductionā€™s main link, such as the decomposing furnace and rotary kiln, and find themain factors influencing the temperature change aimed at each temperature, which are ready for modeling.For the complex system of the cement productionprocess,such as multi-variable, nonlinear, strong interference and big lag,this thesisselects the mechanism modeling method to establish cement kilnā€™s mathematicalmodel through the analysis of modeling method,which is used for the decomposingfurnace and rotary kiln to model by the principle of conservation of mass and heatconservation.Again,it is to in-depth analysis the control principle of forecast and controlalgorithm,and design the estimation method and control algorithm of the modeldecomposition furnace and kiln design, which is used MATLAB to simulation,and atlast analysis experimental results.Results show that the model has good stability, faulttolerance and anti-interference ability, which shows the feasibility and effectivenessof this system.Finally it is the full text ā€˜s summary and personal outlook.
