Poly(ethylene terephthalateco-1,4-cylclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate)(PETG) as an important component of polyester family,in recent years with thedevelopment of technology and economy,get people’s attention, its developmentscale and utilization rate increased year by year. PETG has excellent heatresistance, recognized transparency. Toughness rigidity in the engineering plasticsare also belong to the top, and easy to color printing, after the decomposition ofenvironmental pollution-free and so on good performance.However, the foreign technology monopoly makes the application of thismaterial in the domestic is limited greatly. Domestic trial production PETG materialviscosity is low, cannot satisfy the requirement of its industrial products of theproduction and consumer, which severely limits the development and practicalapplication of the material in the domestic. In order to improve the domesticdevelopment of PETG material melt viscosity is low and the product of a singleproblem, this work is to domestic trial-produce PETG as the main raw material,Gamma radiation,solid phase polymerization and reactive extrusion processconditions affect the performance of PETG;And study the relationship betweentensile process and PETG mechanical properties;At the same time discusses thepreparation technology of PETG antibacterial film, that led to the localization ofdevelopment and application of this kind of material technology base.Main results areas follows:(1)Reinforced adhesion process:within the scope of the smaller TAICcontent,TAIC as sensitizer and low doses of gamma irradiation on the intrinsicviscosity and melt flow rate of the PETG influence is not significant; near the glasstransition temperature of the temperature range, intrinsic viscosity of PETG containsa small amount of TAIC, With the increase of the solid phase polymerization time, theMFR is less; In the presence of a small amount of TDI, intrinsic viscositysignificantly increase of reactive extrusion of PETG, MFR slash,combined with solidphase polymerization, the effect is more significant. (2) In the drawing process: the tensile strength of the PETG monofilament,Withthe increase of diameter increased,with the increase of stretching temperaturereducing or stretching rate increases;PETG film tensile strength increased with theincrease of the thickness increases,and optimize the processing technology conditionsof PETG extrusion blown film,discusses the influence of temperature and drawingspeed on the film thickness.(3) The antibacterial film: with the melt mixing extrusion and blow moldingmethod, the preparation of PETG/nanometer ZnO/chlorophyll new compositeantibacterial material.antibacterial experiments show that found that the material hasefficient antiseptic effect on escherichia coli.
