The jacket offshore platform is widely used in oil production in the sea, there are currently more than200platforms, which the maximum water depth is190m, and the longest service life has been more than20years. Offshore platform of long serving, in seawater and microbial corrosion, foundation erosion, material aging, defect and damage and other unfavorable factors, will lead to attenuation platform structural components and the overall resistance, influenced safety and durability of the platform. In order to guarantee the security of the service platform, assessing the security of the platform is needed. In fact, there often is great bias compared the results between calculated by finite element numerical model and obtained by measurement experimentally. In order to accurately predict the degree of injury and the ultimate bearing capacity of structure, basing on the information of the measurement to modify the numerical model is very necessary. The following researches are made on the paper:Firstly, the Lufeng13-1jacket platform model, a similar ratio1:50, depth of200m is designed and developed. And aiming at the four different loading areas, the stress on the platform is test by the wireless test technology, providing the basis for correcting the numerical model of the platform.Secondly, using the optimum design method of strain analysis of residual sensitivity, basing on the measured strain result of laboratory platform model, the ideal finite element model is optimized. The results show, the modified finite element model can be close to the real structure better. The working performance and the true state of jacket structure are reflected, thus providing more accurate finite element model for the detection and safety evaluation of offshore jacket platform service.Finally, according to two kinds of damage state, the bending and uniform corrosion, the ultimate bearing capacity of the offshore platform is analyzed. Through the above two cases, the nonlinear static analysis is useful to the ultimate bearing capacity analysis of large offshore jacket platform.
