In recent years,The technology of calculating oil using Dynamometer Card on the domestic oil field began to be used for single well metering,It can not only use for single well metering,but also provide the true dynamometer,So It can provide a good basis for analyzing the operation of oil well.However,This technology has the following problems, such as high cost,limited application range,the imperfect measurement standard and the imperfect calibration method.Aiming at these problems,The oil well liquid system base on Continuous Dynamometer Card is developed.The system is consisted by the liquid measuring instrument using Continuous Dynamometer Card,supporting single well liquid collector,the processing software of center and the online mobile liquid calibration device.1.Firstly,according to the principle of Dynamometer Card,a sucker rod pumpingsystem model is builded,and the liquid measuring instrument using Continuous Dynamometer Card is designed through the Technological process.It drawed the diagram of the actual condition of the oil well accords with the indicator, according to continuous acquisition storage load, displacement signal, and adopts SCMC computer advanced accounting language software. It realized the continuous measurement of each oil well liquid production and improved the measure precision.2.In addition,A handheld data-collector is designed.The continuous transmission of data between liquid measuring instrument and data acquisition is used for error control method of cyclic redundancy check CRC (CyclicRedundancy Check), It realized fastly andstabilitly.3.The liquid instrument using continuous diagram is completed and a set of simple liquid calibration device is also developed,It obtained calibration coefficient,corrected the diagram moreaccurater of the amount of liquid meter and realized the online real liquid calibration.The Oil Well Liquid System Base On Continuous Dynamometer Card in this paper,is realized the continuous measurement to solve the question about third infilling wells and single well meteringproblem of new peripheral oilfield.It mademust significant social benefits.
