Research And Application Of The Data Input Terminal System On Oil And Water Well Production

Currently, oil and water well production data are transferred in the way of the classreport paper, but the data are input repeatedly, and the class report is not easy to alter anddifficult to be kept safely.By optimizing the data input process for the production and development of oil andwater wells in production data input system, handheld devices are used for data front input,the line audit, electronic transfer, and unified upload. Not only the data entry workload can bereduced for the staff, but also the error rate of data can be reduced greatly, so the workefficiency is improved.The production data entry terminal system is developed by the Android software and thedata transmission technologies across the network. The system consists of two components"the oil wells, production data entry platform" and "the oil wells production data managementplatform". The former one is based on the development of Android smart phones, with dataentry, data validation, updating hash, authentication, network switching, data backhaul andother functions to achieve the production data of oil wells in the front entry and return. Thelatter one used. NET Development, running in enterprise networks, with data validation, datamodification, data submission, device management and other functions, had the ability towrite data directly to A2database, and the data audit and submission are realized after line.By the tests in the third Oilfield of the Seventh oil production plant of Daqing oilfield,production data front entry, the line audits, electronic transfer, and unified upload areachieved in262oil wells for7teams. Currently, this system is stable, accurate, response fastly,and the indicators have reached the design and requirements.The project is to grasp the trend of mobile office, breaking the traditional oil wellsproduce data entry, using handheld devices for data entry, validation, upload and download,not only can reduce the workload for the front and latter line information data entry staff, andcan reduce the data error rate. The work efficiency is improved and the better promotionprospects is hoped.
