In recent years,China's coal economy continues to decline, and the economic operation situation of the coal industry is very severe.Coal demand slowdown has become the new normal, but coal is still the richest, cheapest and most reliable energy to support the sustainable development of China's economy and society, and can realize clean production and consumption. As a coal enterprise, its core competitiveness mainly includes tangible and intangible resources such as products, technology, management and talents. In order to survive and develop, coal enterprises must readjust their core competitiveness from technology, management and products. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the input and output benefits of large open-pit coal mine. The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper, the input-output technical and economic indicators of a large open-pit coal mine(H open-pit mine)are studied. On the basis of defining the basic concept and input-output system of open-pit coal mine, the technical and economic indicators system of input and output of H open-pit mine is constructed. The technical and economic indexes of input are analyzed from three aspects of labor input, capital input and resource input, and the technical and economic indexes of output are analyzed from two aspects of physical type and ratio type.(2)According to the input-output theory, through literature analysis and field research, based on the multi factor CD production function, with the help of the inputoutput data statistical analysis of H open-pit mine, the input-output production function model is constructed. The results show that the output elasticity coefficients of labor, capital and resource are 0.426,0.381 and 0.02 respectively.Among them, the output elasticity coefficient of labor is the largest, indicating that labor input contributes the most to the output of the open-pit coal mine, which belongs to the labor-intensive enterprise. However, the output elasticity coefficient of resources is the smallest, indicating that the contribution of resource input to output is the smallest, which is related to the way that safety and environmental protection costs are accrued at present. At present, the proportion of safety and environmental protection costs of coal enterprises is relatively low,and the output of this part is not clearly measured. The sum of the three factors' output elasticity coefficient is 0.827 < 1,that is to say, according to the current technical level,it is not worth the loss and low efficiency to increase the output by expanding the production scale.(3)According to the analysis of the input-output production function model of H mine, more attention should be paid to the management of "people",especially the reasonable control of contract employees. At the same time,in response to the national "de capacity" energy policy,H open-pit coal mine should appropriately shrink the mining scale, rely on technological progress and innovative development to drive the improvement of enterprise efficiency, and gradually realize the transformation from labor-intensive to capital intensive. Finally, the cost of safety production and environmental protection should be further effectively used in open-pit coal mine to promote the development of circular economy and innovate the industrial chain of enterprises,so that the input of resources can be effectively transformed into the productivity of enterprises and lay a good foundation for the sustainable development of H open-pit coal mine.(4)During the 8 years from 2012 to 2019,the investment of accumulated depreciation and amortization, direct consumption cost and management cost are reasonable, while the efficiency of labor and environment investment is insufficient. The output of raw coal is obviously insufficient in 2012,and the rest of the years can basically meet the market demand. The ability of profit and tax in 8 years is strong, which brings good social benefits. In terms of the capital accumulation rate and the growth rate of total assets, the problem of insufficient profitability of enterprises in good operation state is reflected.(5)During the 8 years from 2012 to 2019,there are 3 years with surplus of human capital investment,4 years with surplus of management cost, and 4 years with surplus of environmental cost. Therefore, the follow-up open pit mines should pay attention to the development and management of human resources, increase the investment, and bring greater increase of human capital to the enterprise. We should give full play to the role of enterprise management cost, improve the efficiency of enterprise management, further improve the ability of green technology innovation, and increase investment. In addition, only in 2013 and 2016,the production efficiency of the enterprise is high, and the other 6 years, the production efficiency of the enterprise is low, which indicates that the production efficiency of the enterprise has a large space to improve. Therefore,H open-pit mine should further strengthen the management, pay attention to the direct consumption cost index in the future,so as to further improve the production efficiency of the enterprise. Finally, the raw coal output of the open-pit mine has not reached the maximum for 5 years.Therefore,open-pit mine should strive to improve the production efficiency, strengthen the production management, and further improve the production capacity of the open-pit mine in the future. At the same time, the enterprise is in a good state of use,and the profitability is somewhat insufficient. Therefore, the follow-up should maintain the stable growth of assets to achieve the sustainable development of the enterprise. The paper includes 46 figures,20 tables and 102 references.
