The number of low-yield wells was increasing, and now has been widespreadconcern.Flow measurement is a very important part in the oil production process,flowmeasurements direct impact the real value of oil production on judgment.Therefore,theaccuracy of the flow measurement is very strict.Flow measurement can not only providecomputing data,but also compared to the wellhead parameters and determine the dynamicsituation of wells.The main content of this thesis:first,introduces the general situation and low yield liquidwell the basic theory of flow measurement,this paper introduces the structure and principle ofthe coaxial line phase water prospecting instrument, analyses the method of flowmeasurement.By analyzing the role of torque on flowmeter, a corresponding calculationformula is deduced.According to the four types of impeller stress,obtained the mathematicalmodel can qualitatively describe the characteristics of turbine flowmeter,and the idealcharacteristic curve of turbine flowmeter.Next,respectively from the five aspects,this paperanalyzes the factors which affect the accuracy of flow measurement:start the flow rate,temperature and salinity,fluid density,fluid viscosity and hole deviation Angle.Through theexperiment,analyzes the influence law.And through the field application and actual errorcalculation formula,the instrument measuring precision.And,the impact on the fieldmeasurement were simply analyzed.Finally,put forward the V cone flowmeter,CFDsimulation software and FLUENT are introduced.According to the process of CFD,thegeometry of the flowmeter with FLUENT software3d modeling and simulation test.Simpleintroduction experiment platform and steps,V cone flowmeter in experiments.Through theactual experiment data to validate the flowmeter,the feasibility of the design of flow fieldmeasurement and simulation design.The influence factors of turbine flowmeter of the flow measurement accuracy isinevitable,therefore,the flowmeter measurement uncertainty is very large,poor stability.Thispaper proposes a new type of V cone flowmeter,not because of the influence of downholefluid impurity and mobility....
